The Talent Place are recruiting for a Head of HR on behalf of our client, a world leading intellectual captial firm.
The Head of HR (which is a standalone role) is expected to develop and drive forward the global people and talent strategy agenda, with particular emphasis on:~ Recruiting, engaging, motivating and retaining their exceptional and diverse talent in the fields of geopolitics, diplomacy and corporate strategy.

You will work alongside and support world class early careers candidates and have a passion for the development of high potentials and for setting out appropriate processes to visibly drive performance and forge career paths.
There is scope to develop internal training plans and programmes that align with the needs of the firm and the career aspirations of the ambitious team.
You will have a proven record of recruitment and impeccable candidate management and understand the significance of being an Ambassador for the firm through your recruitment processes.
Joining this ambitious strategic advisory firm, you will be able to both manage the strategic level discussions as well as the day-to-day HR duties required.
Our ideal candidate would have experience in a senior HR role in a global professional services firm, understanding the demanding nature of a client-facing business.
