LETTINGS ADMINISTRATOR WANTED FOR LEADING INDEPENDENT AGENT

SALARY £25-28,000 DOE
My client, an independent
Estate Agency are looking for a
LETTINGS ADMINISTRATOR to add to the team. They are looking for someone who is hard-working, organised and personable with excellent IT/Administration skills.

As a Lettings Administrator your role will be as follows:

  • Arranging photographs and floor plans
  • Submitting Insurance Claims
  • Tenancy agreements
  • Arranging check in/move ins
  • Invoicing and other related admin
  • Taking and registering deposits
  • Arrange Inventories, gas safety and EPC's
  • To communicate effectively with all landlords, tenants and contractors.
  • To maintain an excellent working relationship with all landlords, tenants and contractors.
  • General Administration

The individual will have:

  • Experience of administration
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Be able to work to tight deadlines
  • The ability to work under pressure
  • Proven customer service skills.
  • Strong problem solving skills and be able to work on own initiative
  • Competent knowledge and use of the Microsoft Office suite
  • Professional approach and appearance

Working hours Monday to Thursday 9am to 6pm & Friday 9am to 5.30pm
