We are looking for a seasoned Accounting Software Product Manager to join our team, with a solid background in the development of products to ensure customer satisfaction.

To that end, you will be in regular communication with the leadership team on roadmaps, product and program updates, risks, and change management.

As part of Santander Auto Software team, you will be leading the development of one of our verticals, working closely with engineers, business and countries.

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

Work closely with Tech Leads and Engineer to define and document requirement for state of the art accounting software.

Lead on the specification, selection and implementation of new software and features.
Manage the product design and development process including backlog management, prioritization and execution.

Developing products through insights from market research and customer buying behaviour and leverage data and use market-leading product analytics solutions to make data-informed product decisions.

You will work with our growing UX team to refine our discovery, design, and validation processes.

Proven substantial experience as a product manager for enterprise software products, and well versed in building commercially successful technology products.

Previous experience in Accounting software development is a must.
Strong presentation and writing skills.
Proactive, self-starter with excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Experience with collaboration, communication and project management tools (e.g. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or another related field. Or equivalent work experience.

Worked with agile cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes.
Strong analytical skills, as an advocate for the use of data, comfortable working with data to make decisions.
Achieved great outcomes through systems, delivering value through a brilliant user experience.
Used technology to help an organization to scale.
The vacancies will be fully remote based out of either the UK, Spain, Portugal or the Netherlands.
