Helpline Support Administrator- Key role information- Date added:
- Hours: Working Hours Following a 4week rota working hours between 9am and 8pm
- Weekends involved (10 am to 7 pm)
- Wage: Pay Between £7.49 and £10.42 per annum (depending on age)

Helpline Support Administrator:
Juice Personnel are working with an amazing company who are the leading new homes specialist, working with new house builders, lenders and a nationwide network of estate agents, who offer a broad range of Mortgage Services.
This would be a great role for a school leaver/college leaver to kick start their career into an office-based environment and be taught all the skills they need.

The Role:
- Data input
- Assist in maintaining on going accuracy and efficiency with the Helpline department
- Provide administrative support for the Helpline Sales Process
- Daily ad hoc task allocation
- Follow the agreed process in keying Agreement in Principles for customers wishing to purchase with our housebuilder clients
- Collating and Maintaining Reports
- Provide the highest level of service to our customers
- Provide the highest level of service to our housebuilders
- Ensure the requirements of the Data Protection Act are met
- Provide administrative support to the operation of Group Helplines
- Ad hoc duties as and when required by Team Leader, Group Helpline Performance Manager and Managing Director
About You:
- Experience in dealing with administration
- Leading by example
- Confident telephone manner
- Excellent communication skills
- First rate customer service skills
- Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Outlook
