Avove is a new, independent utilities infrastructure business, formed from the utilities division of leading infrastructure services company, Amey. We design, build and maintain the UKs utilities infrastructure to help transform local communities for the better.We are proud to work in partnership with our clients, including Severn Trent, United Utilities, Yorkshire Water, Scottish Water, Northern Powergrid and Scottish Power.
We will be recruiting for a Site Supervisor to support the Project Manager in delivering approved construction tasks to the agreed resource and programme timescales.
To promote safe working practices, ensure full implementation and compliance with the safety responsibility statement belowResponsible for the submission of accurate site records to enable effective monitoring of programme and cost plans as requested to agreed format as applicable.
Brief out risk assessments and method statements for on-site activitiesSupervise sub-contractors, contract staff and direct labour for allocated site activities.
Carry out performance reviews for direct reports, administering poor performance, attendance management and disciplinary procedures as applicable
