You will be the first point of contact for customers, workingin a family feel environment and a friendly team ethos.

Duties:

First point of contact for customers
Providing excellent customer service
Complete administrative tasks
Complete fact finding
Adapt your approach with each customer

Skills Required:

Positive approach
Excellent communication skills
Call centre experience, but not essential
Organised
Good numeracy and literacy skills
A team player
Flexible and cando attitude
