Their bespoke projects are borne from a consultative service offered to clients who wish to realise individual commissions that draw on their design expertise.

As Design Technician and Estimator you will be part of the creative and design team, responsible for those individual projects to ensure smooth transition from concept to installation.

You will also act as the first point of contact with the Sales Operations team, with the focus to provide design, quotations, pricing and technical support.

Working to brief to identify and understand customer needs and maintaining the flow of the project information through to completion
Working with the Design Manager to create custom and bespoke considerations on new designs
Using SolidWorks and the CAD database
Skills and Experience needed for the Design Technician and Estimator role:
Minimum of 3 years' professional experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably lighting and/or furniture
SolidWorks proficiency
A technical and commercial understanding of furniture and lighting construction, materials and techniques
Able to work to deadlines with strong planning, prioritisation and time management skills
