Description
Company Secretariat and Finance teams

  • Diary management arranging both internal and external meetings
  • Fielding queries and acting as a point of contact for internal/external queries
  • Assistance with the production of board and committee meeting materials
  • Assistance with the execution of documents
  • Act as administrator for Diligent
  • Management of Directors Database
  • Ensuring company policies are up to date and communicated to the business in a timely manner
  • Arrangements for domestic and international travel, accommodation and compilation of itineraries for all team members
  • To coordinate the signing of board/committee minutes
  • Liaising with overseas offices and building relationships
  • Assisting the team with expense claims and invoice payments
  • Data and document management
  • General administrative duties as required
  • Assisting with statutory compliance and filings for Group companies
  • Ensure Directors have literature and supplementary information in advance of meetings
  • Maintenance of stakeholder's accessibility to meeting materials
  • Maintenance of governance schedule for Group entities and structure charts
  • Provide EA cover for 1 day per week to Chief Financial Officer
Executive Assistant to Head of Investments

  • Proactive extensive diary management across multiple time zones
  • Organise domestic and international travel


  • Mailbox management

  • Collating and filing expenses using Concur
  • General administrative duties as required
