More about your role

As a Technical Manager you will work as part of a regional Technical Team in the South East headed up by the Technical Director responsible for providing designs, strategies andspecifications for our developments.

You will manage various aspects of design, specification andimplementation of specific developments. Working on a number of schemes concurrently, this role will have full involvement from preconstruction to handover of completed units

You will coordinate and manage the production of the working drawings, details and specifications from external consultants for onward distribution and discussion with internal departments.

You will be responsible for ensuring clashes on drawings and layoutsare highlighted, specifications are adhered to and build type and design are scrutinised.

You will also play a key role in monitoring and assisting in the progression of works on site.

More about you
This role is based in London allowing you to collaborate with the developments and construction teams.

We are trialling hybrid working, so you will be able to split your time between home, various sites and the office in London.

Due to amount of travel involveda driving licence is required.
