    We are seeking an experienced Project / Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the renewable
    As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and delivering complex projects
    related to Steam Systems, Hot Water Systems, Heat Pumps, Battery Energy Storage Systems, Building
    Fabric Upgrades, Solar PV, and electrical generation. manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and ensure the successful completion of projects within scope
    and quality parameters.
    As Project Manager, you will be expected to provide 'On Site' guidance and management.

    The Key deliverables for this role will centre on the effective site management of all projects assigned by the

    Pre-Construction Phase


    • Develop project plans including scope, objectives, deliverables for all contracted works
    • Produce procurement plan and milestone schedules in line with construction programme
    • Develop project quality, safety, and delivery plans
    • Liaise with Principle Designer to develop construction phase plan and HSE Notifications
    • Mobilise sub-contractors and labour in accordance with the delivery plan
    Project Installation Phase


    • Coordinate project activities and resources, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines and
    Communicate project updates to relevant stakeholders and provide regular reports

    Stakeholder Management:
    Engage and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
    including clients, sub contractors, suppliers and regulatory authorities.


    • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, obtain necessary approvals and ensure
    Manage project budgets including tracking and financial forecasting in collaboration with the
    commercial team.


    • Identify project risks, assess potential impact and develop mitigation strategies
    • Ensure compliance with all Contract requirements
    Routinely spend time in the field monitoring, observing and assessing performance to maintain and

    • Understand the requirements and actions needed to commission, performance test and handover

    • Prepare final account with the QS, submit and agree with client in line with contractual obligations
    • Produce a project close-out report and submit to the Head of Construction
    • While the initial role will be predominantly based in the Yorkshire area, travel and
    overnight stays may be required to suit future projects assigned.
    Previous project Management experience on UK M&E construction sites is essential. experience within the Industrial/Healthcare/Education sector.
    Ideally you will have HND/Degree level in either a Mechanical, Electrical or Construction discipline.
