- Develop project plans including scope, objectives, deliverables for all contracted works
- Produce procurement plan and milestone schedules in line with construction programme
- Develop project quality, safety, and delivery plans

- Mobilise sub-contractors and labour in accordance with the delivery plan
- Coordinate project activities and resources, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines and

- Ensure compliance with all Contract requirements

- Prepare final account with the QS, submit and agree with client in line with contractual obligations
- Produce a project close-out report and submit to the Head of Construction
