    Sales & Marketing Executive

    Reports to: Partnerships Manager

    Salary: £28,000-33,000 per annum, depending on experience

    Responsibilities & Duties:

    The core function of the Sales & Marketing Executive is simple: grow, engage, and retain our community of Strengthscope practitioners. This is a hybrid role between marketing and sales; a great opportunity if you want to build your career and skillset in both functions. You will be a contributing member of both the Sales and Marketing teams, reporting into the Partnerships Manager. You'll work towards sales and customer engagement targets, each contributing to the overall development of our Reseller Channel.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Managing and responding to inbound sales and product enquiries to drive online bookings onto our public training programmes
    • Executing the marketing and growth strategy; working closely with other members of both the marketing and sales teams
    • Supporting the development of our customer journey, optimising the process and results from pre-sales activities all the way to customer engagement and retention
    • Social media management for our customer community, creating and distributing engaging content that brings value to our customers
    • Project management and execution of our online customer forums such as monthly webinars and F2F customer networking events
    • Supporting the marketing team with digital campaign execution, copywriting, and sales enablement projects for our overall reseller channel.

    Skills & Attributes:

    If you have a mix of the following skills and attributes, you might be just who we're looking for:

    • Comfortable and experienced holding an individual revenue target: this doesn't daunt you and you're ready for the challenge
    • 1-3 years' experience in a sales or customer-facing role
    • Passionate about marketing, especially social media and community management
    • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to successfully work with stakeholders across seniority levels and teams
    • Energised by innovation – testing new ideas and learning from experiments
    • Can effectively manage projects, prioritise tasks, and execute with attention to detail
    • Someone that deals with their admin and takes ownership of it: however de-energising this may be – you understand how vital our CRM system is, and you take follow-up seriously
    • A team player that is ready to pitch in and help others: we're a small but growing team – collaboration both within the sales team and with other departments is key to success.
