Client Service Executive (hybrid)

Mi Crow is a leading, innovative provider of 3-minute online training videos that cover a wide range of topics including Cyber Security Awareness, Mental Health at Work, How to Use Teams, How to Use Microsoft365 and much more.

Exceptional customer service is at the heart of what we do and makes us an outstanding provider of services.

Because many of our videos relate to cyber protection and IT skills, a large portion of our clients are IT Companies / IT Support Companies.

Communicate with customers via email and phone to provide quotes, process payments, and general enquiries.
~ 360-degree client management to include CRM updating and maintaining client records.
~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
Experience of working in an office environment advantageous but not essential.
A salary ranging from £25,000 to £30,000 (depending on experience)
~33 days holidays per annum plus bonus holidays like a 'birthday bonus day'

~ Working days are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
We operate a hybrid work environment.
