    Here's what the role looks like:

    As a Physical Records Analyst, you will be responsible for various tasks related to records management, including reviewing and analyzing hardcopy documents to determine their relevance and importance, organizing documents in a logical and efficient manner, and ensuring that documents and data are stored securely and are easily accessible for future use.

    Due to the nature of the role, this temporary contract position will be based on-site in Staines and the ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, as well as a keen attention to detail.

    Responsibilities:

    • Review and analyze hardcopy documents and data to determine their relevance and importance
    • Organize documents in a logical and efficient manner
    • Ensure that documents are stored securely and are easily accessible for future use
    • Collaborate with other team members to maintain and improve the document management system
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all documents
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations

    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
