    We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Workplace Experience Coordinator who is based in London and can monitor and maintain the day-to-day duties of our People Team. This will be a very hands-on role, where you will have the opportunity to become a real ambassador for our culture

    To help you best prepare, we've outlined the interview process for this role, we aim to have this process completed within 3 weeks:

    • 30 minute Google Meet with our People and Talent Coordinator
    • Skills assessment test
    • 45 minute Google Meet with our Head of People
    • Final 1 hour Google Meet with our People Team

    Requirements

    About you:

    What we're looking for:

    • Demonstrated experience or exposure to office, HR, or team administrative roles.
    • Prior experience within a fintech and/or startup environment.
    • Efficient time management skills and meticulous attention to detail.
    • Prioritisation: days may vary from opening a new office to ordering cakes
    • Strong relationship-building skills in a "Team First, Remote Friendly" company: you will really need to get to know our people & our culture
    • Excellent organisational and communication skills: you love a calendar and chatting to people across all levels
    • You genuinely strive to understand and address the needs of a 'Team First, Remote Friendly' global team, placing a strong emphasis on empathy and fostering collaboration within remote work environments.
    • You have a growth mindset : You efficiently utilise time, maintain attention to detail and constantly strive for scalability and improvement.
    • You jump at new challenges, find smarter ways to get things done, and clear the deck for the big stuff ahead.
    • You have an enthusiasm for not only creating efficient processes to streamline your work, but additionally you think long term about how we can do things collaboratively, robustly, and in a way that grows with the business.
    • Interest in the crypto space is a plus.

    What you'll be doing:

    • Office optimisation: Manage our London office space at WeWork, which includes access maintenance, postage, stock refilling, office redesign, equipment issues, and any potential office relocations
    • IT support: Manage our company assets and equipment, coordinate software access and troubleshoot IT issues
    • Team meeting coordination: work with our EA to the Founders to ensure that company meetings run smoothly, involving calendar management, room booking & producing slides.
    • Events: support our Marketing Ops Manager on the ground for our regular socials, offsites and learning & development activities
    • Employee lifecycle: Support People & Talent on processes as required throughout onboarding & offboarding staff, including gifting and ordering equipment
    • Engagement & Connection: continuously identify improvements for teams & individuals, to foster a strong sense of connection and belonging among team members, regardless of their physical location.
    • Scheduling & Time Management: Proactively manage a complex calendar across multiple time zones and locations, ensuring 100% accuracy at all times. You'll coordinate schedules on behalf of multiple stakeholders, maximising time efficiency.
