The Role

Please note:
This is a casual position working when required during the holidays and to cover sickness.
- hold an NVQ Level 2 Food Preparation and Cooking or an equivalent qualification;
- hold the Foundation Food Hygiene Certificate or an equivalent qualification and have knowledge of health and safety regulations;
- have proven knowledge and experience of a catering facility;
- have good interpersonal skills;
- have positive and supportive relationships with staff and children;
- have proven time and priority management skills;
- be capable of working autonomously.
