Head of SalesCantello Tayler Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Head of Sales to join our client based in Ascot.
The successful Head of Sales will be responsible for:
- Leading and developing the Sales team.
- Developing sales execution, strategies and plans for evangelising and expanding the company's AV business
- Achieving the company's aggressive revenue
- Working closely with Customer Services to maximise customer retention and renewals
- Defining and overseeing incentive programs that support the attainment of sales objectives and motivating the team to achieve their individual targets
- Developing a close working relationship with Product Management to help evolve the product strategy and direction based on market and customer developments.
- Managing the overall sales process, setting, and managing appropriate metrics for sales funnel management.
- Providing detailed and accurate sales forecasting.
The Head of Sales will have:
- Significant sales experience in a senior leading role of which some in a AV environment
- A versatile playercoach attitude, able to lead, build and develop a team of AV Salespeople and be able and willing to directly manage relationships with large accounts
- Large enterprise sales experience in sales cycles of three to six months
- Proven ability to present, negotiate and influence at large corporations and closing deals.
- Experience in scaling a sales team for rapid business growth
- Proven track record of growing AV business with a Sales team
- Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and to multitask in a fastpaced setting
- Experience and proven ability to work with channel partners
