Up to £26k basic + on target earnings of 1st Year £35k and 2nd year 45k+ (un-capped)

The role of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant is fast paced, exciting, challenging and hugely rewarding. You need to be tenacious, driven and willing to learn and be challenged.

Everyday you will be able to track and see the rewards of your hard work and with a completely transparent commission structure with both monthly and quarterly commission you can set yourself financial goals and we can help you achieve them.

Job Duties:

Conduct phone screening and meet with individuals with disabilities
Assist individuals with disabilities in selecting a placement
Lead groups of individuals with disabilities to their placement
Create a positive experience for each individual during the assessment process
Maintain positive relationships with agency leadership and maintain confidentiality
Attend training sessions and seminars on behaviour management techniques provided by the agency

Required Skills:

Phone Interviewing Skills: 1-1 ratio

Ability to multitask and be able to stay focused on a specific task throughout the interview process
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Positive Attitude ability to communicate effectively with individuals in all levels of disability, families, friends, and coworkers
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment, while maintaining accuracy and precision throughout the process
Willingness to learn new skills, training, and procedures as needed for success in this position
