We are looking for a Client Account Manager to work within our Studios division. The Client Account Manager will be responsible for providing a superior customer experience whilst supporting the growth of the business, managing client expectations, building and maintaining existing client relationships, as well as ensuring the client services are implemented according to contractual obligations.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record in the management and development of accounts and the experience of identifying new business opportunities. Experience of developing strong relationships with clients is key alongside a solid understanding of the end-to-end sales process and comprehension of the benefits of a strong account management function.

Demonstrable experience and or knowledge in a sporting environment is essential for this role – ideally with a key focus across football, rugby & cricket.

The Account manager will represent ADI as a key account representative, ensuring the delivery of solutions to expectations and the proactive management of customer expectations and issues. You will therefore have excellent interpersonal skills, admirable business planning skills, high levels of attention to detail, have a positive 'can-do' attitude and ensure you have a solution focused approach.
