My client are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as an Enterprise Architect specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Solution Design and Architecture: Develop and oversee the end-to-end architecture for Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation in a retail setting, ensuring alignment with business objectives and scalability.
2. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and technology partners to understand requirements, translate them into architectural blueprints, and provide strategic guidance.
3. Technical Leadership: Lead the technical implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365, providing hands-on expertise and mentorship to the development team, ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
4. Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest technologies and trends in the retail and Dynamics 365 space. Propose innovative solutions that enhance business efficiency, customer experience, and overall competitiveness.
5. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges in the implementation process and devise mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 within a retail environment.
2. In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules, including Retail, Finance and Operations, and Customer Engagement.
3. Strong understanding of retail business processes and the ability to align technology solutions with business objectives.
4. Hands-on experience in implementing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
5. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
6. Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 architecture and development.
