- Assisting with Anti Money Laundering responsibilities including training, answering day to day queries, and managing relationships with third party providers
- Opening and managing client matters on our case management system.
- Managing Law Society and other accreditations.
- Report management including risk assessments, key dates, and other reports.
- Managing the firm's lender panel management
- Assisting with administrative tasks for the Compliance team generally.
- Have excellent administrative and IT skills with a good understanding of Microsoft Excel.
- You must be a team player who sees themselves as organised, hardworking, enthusiastic, and motivated.
- You will have good communication skills, attention to detail and have a genuine attitude of 'no job is too big or too small'.
- You will work closely with our Head of Risk and Compliance and deputise when they are not available.
- It is essential that you have at least two years' experience preferably working within a law firm and deal in property transactions.
