Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a change and IT team.

This client has undergone a change management programme and they are just embarking on a high-level project, so they require a Senior Project Manager to support theirexisting team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a business as there is scope for long-term projects and delivering change with a senior team firmly backing the projects


Job Description:


  • Clearly and thoroughly identifying a project scope
  • Working with business areas to identify and schedule all the work required to fulfil the scope
  • Identifying and securing resourcing to support the delivery of the project plan
  • Daytoday management of the project including risk and issue management
  • Daytoday management of testing activities
  • Finance and cost control management
  • Benefits management
  • Communication management
  • Project closure and effective handover to BAU teams
  • Building relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders, both within the organisation and with third parties
  • Professional qualification in project management (e.g., Prince2, APMP), or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of change management, project management and process improvement methodologies.
  • Proven experience in successfully delivering complex projects to time, cost, and quality in a programming environment.
  • Experience of working within a regulated industry such as Medical, Financial services or insurance
  • Strong attention to detail with a structured and methodical approach.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft packages including PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, MS Project, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
Hours: 35 Hours Per Week
