Driver Hire Plymouth are currently looking to take on experienced van delivery drivers for one of our clients based in Redruth, delivering wholesale refrigerated goods all over Cornwall.

This will be an ongoing, full time role indefinitely - with potential to go perm for the right candidate.


About the job:
Pay is between £14 to £17.52 per hour (Advanced payroll method inclusive of holiday pay).
PAYE. (Internal payroll - we don't use umbrella companies)
Starting between 3am and 4am, delivering wholesale refrigerated goods locally around Cornwall.
7/8 hour days, always paid at a minimum of 8 hours.
Weekly pay.
Training provided.


Requirements:

A full and valid Category B licence is required with no more than 6 points & no DR, DD or IN convictions for insurance purposes.

Previous van driving experience in any capacity.

The ability to lift and carry fairly heavy items throughout the day, as well as driving, is a requirement due to the physical nature of the job.

Please be aware that the advertised pay for this job role is an advanced payroll method, meaning the rate is inclusive of your holiday pay at 12.07%.

We are more than happy to accommodate a standard payroll method if you prefer to accrue and take holiday separately.
