Description
We are currently recruiting for an
Office & Facilities Administrator to join a global company, working within their UK head office.
This role can offer hybrid working for 2-3 days aweek, however, it's essential that you are office based for the remaining days.
The role will include, but is not limited to:
- Managing Reception
- Dealing with on-site premises issues.
- Greeting visitors and handling third parties, including contractors etc.
- Processing company invoices, supporting with accounts duties, such as monitoring company expenses.
- Handling the daytoday people administration support across the whole employee lifecycle, including: facilitating new starter set up, preemployment checks, references, employment changes, absence admin etc.
- Coordinate and support all general office functions; which can include catering, meetings, and cleaning.
- Working to deadlines, to ensure the office and departments run smoothly.
- Corresponding with various internal teams including: Directors, HR & Senior Management teams.
- Responsible for company communications, initiatives, event planning for social, charity, and other company events.
