    Job Description

    You will be responsible for helping design, lead and execute our Apprenticeship Future Talent programmes across our business. You will partner with the recruitment, learning and development and HR business partner teams as well as the business to deliver a best in class development programme for our apprentices.

    What you will be doing:

    • Manage new and existing apprentice programmes from planning stages through to execution
    • Partner with our stakeholders to design new programmes in line with Strategic Workforce Planning and agree learning and development content for all programmes, including relevant induction programmes suitable for apprentices of all different skill levels and provide expert advice – thus driving continuous improvement
    • Manage and lead the development, review, and maintenance of training suppliers to ensure they align with organisational goals and objectives.
    • Provide accurate programme updates to our stakeholders, promoting Future Talent programmes internally and externally
    • Work with the Future Talent recruitment team to onboard and induct all new apprentices into the business and ensure that all processes are seamless e.g. IT onboarding
    • Ensure all learning materials, tools and resources are up to date on the relevant platforms
    • Support development of our apprenticeship proposition and be a SME in apprenticeship programmes and Levy funding
    • Manage the roll off process post programme into the business
    • Effective monitoring & reporting of performance across the Apprentice programmes. Ensuring we are gathering meaningful ROI to support Strategic Workforce Planning.
    • Provide support and guidance to managers on their responsibilities
    • Lead development of the Early Careers Community, harnessing the knowledge and experience of the alumni community and build a strong network across all cohorts of the Future Talent community
    • Provide expertise, knowledge and insights on the Future Talent landscape, remaining up to date with key trends and external competitors making sure we remain competitive with the Future Talent market

    Qualifications

    • Future Talent related background is essential
    • To be successful in this role you will be a highly driven, a self starter, organised and a self-motivated team player with prior experience in Early Careers Apprentice development, including Levy management. You will also influence and manage key stakeholders and suppliers with a demonstrable track record of successful relationship development, coupled with good project management and project delivery skills with the analytical skills to report back.
    • Experience in Upskilling beneficial but not essential
    • Financial services experience desirable
