- Work with a team of econometricians from a range of levels to deliver projects
- Lead on elements of econometrics projects, from implementing measurement plans, creating actionable insights and presenting findings to stakeholders.
- Support stakeholders to help with the integration of findings into business decisions.
- Work alongside and support junior econometricians, supporting their development
- Experience in handling and analysing data with a statistical programming language or statistical software package
- MMM, Marketing Mix Modeling Experience
- Successful use of econometrics in a commercial environment
- A passion for using statistical techniques to convert observable data into recommendations.
- media planning and buying and experience using optimisation to inform media planning.
- Ability to vision what can be achieved with different analytical techniques and what works best to solve a client's problem?
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal – the ability to present and explain complex information clearly to clients without a technical background
- Competency in using R and/or Python programming knowledge would be an advantage
