About the Role
As a
Public SectorConsultant you will be expected to carry out the following roles:
- Advise and strategise a whole host of customers across Central Government agencies, NHS Digital and Defence and Intelligence
- Support clients through designing and implementing operating models to leverage digital behaviours.
- Advise client to be more employee and customer centric.
- Use pratical tools and technique to aid fulfilling client requirements e.g blueprinting, user stories, proces mapping etc.
Ideal Criteria for a Public Sector Consultant:
- You will have 7+ years experience
- Expertise in workforce and customer transformations e.g. operating model, service design, customer experience.
- Being able to manage a project lifecycle along with strong presentation development and storytelling skills.
- Track record of successfully working on large complex consulting engagements.
