    A Software as a Service company in a period of high growth. They're a late-stage startup expanding into new markets on the back of huge successes. They provide software to help smaller companies manage their HR needs effectively, and have recently entered into a new phase of growth and just entered the UK market. They are looking to use the UK as a launchpad to expand into the wider EMEA market.

    About The Role

With a keen eye for opportunities, you proactively identify ways to expedite and improve processes from start to finish. You're organized and diligent approach ensures that deadlines are met without compromise, and you excel in executing tasks swiftly and efficiently.

    In the role of International Operations Associate, you will collaborate with International Consultants, Customer Success Managers, and the wider Operations team to implement local procedures facilitating compliant and timely hiring and payment processes for our clients' new team members. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in pinpointing operational bottlenecks, communicating these insights to the Product team, and contributing to the development of features aimed at propelling us toward excellence as a company.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Manage end-to-end lifecycle for all international workers in the clients journey, from onboarding, to contracts, to overseeing successful execution of payroll, benefits, and ongoing compliance.
    • Execute employee onboarding for clients across geographies - adding employees on the platform, ensuring payments and flow of funds are executed correctly and on time.
    • Assist International Customer Success, and International Operations teams with local operational processes for current and new countries.
    • Help validate client invoices which include local employer cost calculations for all current and new countries.
    • Identify operational bottlenecks and propose solutions that involve building new platform features with the product team or new Ops processes, always striving to improve and optimize status.
    • Provide a delightful experience for clients - have a "yes" mentality and a deep sense of customer-centric service.
    • Help setup and standardize processes in new entities around the world.
    • Support ad hoc requests and projects to improve efficiency, optimize workflows and processes, and streamline operations.
    • Other duties as needed based on department and/or organizational needs
    About You
    • 2+ years of relevant experience - ideally at a fast-paced B2B SaaS tech startup and in operations or finance functions.
    • Plus if in EOR/PEO space and in global/multinational context.
    • Resourceful in finding answers to questions and a natural "problem solver".
    • Excellent at project management and proactive execution - great at managing deadlines and coordinating among different stakeholders to deliver.
    • Execution oriented - "quick fire"; you can handle multiple tasks at once and are outcomes-driven.
    • Methodical in organizing tasks.
    • Experience across multiple geographies is a plus.
    • Proficient in English; Advanced written and verbal English communication is a must.
    • Attention to detail and numbers/analytics oriented.
