The Role

As a Customer Service & Data Support Co-ordinator, you will provide analytical data to support the Commercial and Customer Care Teams and inform progress and improvements.

You'll also undertake some customer service duties to ensure the delivery of an outstandingservice.
Using data and analytics, you'll identify and deliver improvements to streamline processes and support sound decision making.

Assisting the Customer Care Team, you'll update and maintain internal processes, respond to customer enquiries and provide basic technical support.


Additionally, you will:

  • Coordinate customer quote requests
  • Maintain and update the SAP system

About You
To be considered as a Customer Service & Data Support Co-ordinator, you will need:

  • Excellent Excel skills
  • An analytical and data driven approach
  • A passion for data and using data to improve and / or streamline processes
  • A sound understanding of SAP
  • A high level of IT skills including Word, Outlook and Office
  • A passion for providing the highest level of customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • At a minimum, GCSEs in Maths and English at Level 7 (Grade C) or above

Other organisations may call this role Commercial Support Analyst, Data Analyst, Data Support Officer, Customer Service Officer, or Data & Systems Support Officer.
