Kinetic Recruitment are looking to recruit a HR Business Partner with immediate starts to work for a busy Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Company based in Runcorn.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 9-5

Duration: 6 months initially. Temp to perm for right candidate

Compensation: £23.13 per hour

Benefits: Onsite parking

Background screening checks are to be completed prior to starts, this includes a DBS check

Key Responsibilities:

1. To work in partnership with the front line People Leaders on the Runcorn site to ensure that all employee related activities remain compliant with policies, procedures and legislation. Providing guidance, advice, support and coaching as required.
2. Manage initiatives with the Engage for Change team to ensure that the end to end employee experience is employee orientated, relevant and positive. This will include a full review of the new starter experience.
3. Working collaboratively with colleagues in the Cluster HR team on relevant projects as appropriate and managing and supporting Runcorn specific projects as needed.
4. Responsible for providing support and guidance to People Leaders through the array of Employee Relations matters as they occur with a focus on preventative action through the continual development of the people leaders.
5. Supporting in the end to end annual performance management process (connect). Collaborating with people leaders, AskHR and colleagues across the diverse Teva network.
