About the role
Reporting to the Head of Digital Programmes, this role sits within our Business Transformation Team.

They help us deliver our business transformation vision, by enabling improvements to our digital platforms and processes, powered by smart use of data andanalytics.

You will be joining at an interesting time.

With an exciting long-term strategic vision: Arval Beyond, the team have lots to achieve over the coming years to help transform the business from leasing company to mobility service provider.


In this challenging role, you will be responsible for meticulously planning and overseeing the delivery a complex portfolio of projects that define specific programmes.

Managing the high levels of interdependencies, in addition to dependencies on other businessand IT projects, as well as business as usual activity, will play a vital part for this role.


In addition, day to day will see you identifying and then working closely with senior stakeholders, whilst working collaboratively across the business and IT teams.

You will ensure successful programme delivery every time with positive outcomes across time,cost and quality standards in particular.


Putting the customer first is core to our transformation strategy, so high focus for the plan ahead is placed upon design and implementation of digital tools to support both our customers and internal Arval teams in efficiently reaching great outcomes andclass leading levels of care.


Salary range:
£55,000-65,000 plus £8,900pa bonus, Car or £6,000pa allowance & superb corporate benefits.


We offer Hybrid working (up to 2 days working from home per week)

About You


We are looking for a highly skilled and qualified Programme Manager, who is experienced in managing a diverse range of Projects.

Outcome orientated, you thrive in the world of programme management, whilst directly managing some larger Projects yourself too.
Experience in IT projects within financial services and heavily UK regulatory environments will stand you in good stead. As will excellent communication skills.

Politically savvy and highly credible, negotiating your way across a matrix organisation with ease will come naturally to you.

You will be as comfortable bringing people together and explaining technical intricacies in a language your audience understands,to studying the detail and analysing.

Finally, you will truly understand the importance of customer.
