The Modern Workplace Service Transformation Lab are embarking on some exciting change in 2023 and we're looking to expand the existing team to allow us to deliver against our commitments.

The Feature Team Product Owner will be responsible for working directly with both business stakeholders and SMEs within the Lab to deliver improvements to the Joiners, Movers, Returners and Leavers (JMRL) colleague journeys.

This individual will be an experiencedProduct Owner who can help shape the team, providing support to colleagues less experienced in Agile methodologies.

As this role is the first of its kind in the team, we're looking for flexibility and adaptability whilst we get things set up.

Experience workingin a regulated environment is essential. Banking preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Act as an SME for the JMRL colleague journeys, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Assist the Lab Lead in creating the initial backlog of work, translating business requirements into backlog items, and then managing prioritisation.
Developing user stories.
Liaising with the product team and stakeholders to deliver updates.
Create and update processes to standardise across all Feature Teams in the Lab.
Train and mentor less experienced colleagues in Agile principles and processes.
