    SENIOR RESEARCH DIRECTOR

    Are you passionate about pet nutrition research? Join a Surrey-based agency as a Senior Research Director.


    The responsibilities of the Senior Research Director include:

    • Lead the customer insights team, providing coaching and career development for team members at all levels.
    • Drive business growth from existing and new accounts in the pet nutrition sector.
    • Supervise proposal writing, project pricing, and transforming complex client inquiries into research plans and a range of customer insights methods.
    • Deliver impactful reports and exceptional project summaries.
    • Stay updated on trends in the pet food industry.

    The ideal candidate for the role should have:

    • Extensive experience in Customer Insights Market Research within an agency setting.
    • Proven track record of managing teams at different career levels.
    • Deep knowledge of quantitative market research, complemented by exposure to qualitative market research.
    • Prior involvement in the animal health, pet food, or veterinary sectors.
