- Coach and assist apprentices in their learning journey, offering personalized support to ensure their success.
- Integrate Functional Skills (maths and English) into the curriculum, equipping apprentices with crucial knowledge for their culinary careers.
- Handle enrolments and initial assessments to tailor learning experiences to each apprentice's requirements.
- Conduct engaging virtual and face-to-face sessions, visiting different employer sites and workplaces in your area.
- Utilize various assessment methods to help apprentices advance through their qualifications.
- Act as a brand advocate for HIT Training, promoting awareness and building partnerships in the local community.
- Demonstrated experience at Head Chef, Sous Chef, or Chef De Partie level, combined with a passion for teaching.
- Solid computer skills, necessary for efficient administration.
- A valid Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle for travel within your region.

Your Role as a Chef Vocational Trainer:
Take on a role that offers a great mix of flexibility and hands-on involvement. Working remotely to serve the Kent and Essex region, you'll have the freedom to manage your schedule while also meeting with learners in person.
