We are actively recruiting a Nursery Manager for our well led nursery based in the E8 area.

This exciting opportunity compliments our successful growth and we are now looking for our next Nursery Manager to join us on a Full Time basis.

To take full responsibility for staffing, induction, training,& development needs.
To ensure systems are in place for accurate reporting and monitoring.
To adhere to occupancy and financial budgets and targets.
To ensure the Connect Childcare database system is accurate.
To ensure the Nursery and all rooms adhere to staff ratios and staff deployment.
To take full responsibility for safeguarding and child protection within Nursery.
To work closely with the Nursery SENDCo in all aspects of SENDCo.
To complete the weekly rotas and registers for staff and children attendance.
To provide the required policies and procedures and the necessary support.
To ensure the physical health and well-being of children within the Nursery.
