    We're looking for a Compliance Officer to join our growing Financial Planning team in Taunton to provide support to our Compliance Director.

    Our Financial Planning team offer advice on every aspect of financial planning, including investments, pensions, mortgages and later life finances. This is a highly regulated industry, and therefore it's essential that we have processes in place to ensure we comply with all legal requirements.

    This role will involve working alongside our Financial Planning Advisors and the rest of the team to ensure the best client outcomes are achieved in line with regulator guidelines and internal processes. You'll be communicating with clients and providers to ensure new and review business is completed to a great service standard.

    On a day to day basis you'll be involved with a variety of aspects such as reviewing and updating compliance documents/procedures, assisting with training, supporting with complaints handling, undertaking client reviews, and ensuring we have reliable management information.

    What we need from you

    We aren't needing specific experience for this role; it would be perfect for a recent graduate, or candidate looking to start a compliance career in Financial Services. We'll work with you to grow your skills, and we have training and qualification routes available.
