An exciting role has just opened up at one of our global top tier asset management firms. As part of their Client Transitions group, you'll collaborate closely with various client teams to drive and spearhead client projects forward.

The idea candidate will be able to:

• on complex projects, working with institutional clients, across asset classes
• manage client activities and work closely with relevant internal teams to ensure projects are completed promptly.
• timely delivery of account opening documents and coordinating asset processing
• investor asset transfers during portfolio rebalances
• account setups and maintaining records
• fund launches, closures, and transition events
• training and acting as an expert in account setups
• with transition and investment managers
• strong relationships with the Client Service Team and engage holistically with other teams around the business
• knowledge of the regulatory landscape and support the implementation of strategic and product initiatives
• or seek to develop an enhanced understanding of investment strategies and products and solutions

You must have:

• good understanding of client lifecycle activities, fund operations and investment administration. Looking for Client Service, Client Operations, Client Transitions or Fund Operations experience within asset management. (1-3years' experience)
• knowledge of investment processes, custody, fund operations, and securities, including derivatives
• organizational and project planning skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• communication skills to deliver coherent and confident messaging
• to question existing strategies, policies and procedures and get in involved with strategy discussions
• solving and relationship management skills
• to lead project calls and/or meetings with internal and external stakeholders
