Description

As the successful candidate, you will have good mathematical skills including calculation of percentages, ratios and data recording.

You will ideally hold a degree or equivalent in food science and ideally have a 1-2-years' experience gained within a relevant role.

As part of your new role, you will manage several accounts, and internal projects, coordinating the development of products which meet both the company and customer requirements.

Manage development projects from ideation through to industrialisation
Taking responsibility for several dedicated retail & branded accounts
Carry out idea generation prior to starting projects by translating briefs through kitchen and pilot plant work into viable products
Be the key development contact point to the customer accounts that you are managing
