The role responsibilities?
Well, as an experienced recruiter you've likely already got these covered, but here are the details:

  • Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle
  • Identify and follow up on leads to generate new business
  • Identify opportunities to generate and increase revenue with existing clients, strengthening and forging lasting client relationships
  • Attending client meetings to strengthen understanding of the organisation and the roles they have
  • Networking across all client events and attending industry related conferences
  • Implementing sourcing strategies to find and attract best talent for the clients requirements
  • Effectively working in partnership with internal consultants/stakeholders to maximise all opportunities
  • Understand and meet all monthly KPI's and revenue targets
