Opportunity Overview:
We are currently hiring for an exciting opportunity to join Resource Solutions as a Workforce Consultant.

As an Employed Workforce Consultant, you will benefit from permanent employment with Resource Solutions, andwill be deployed on an interim or project basis into our clients' organisations (brochure attached).


Role Outline:
The role requires a seasoned Business Analyst with excellent data skills.


Day-to-day responsibilities would include:


  • Understanding the findings from Data science projects and working with data stream leads to produce a business case to productionise the 'idea'.
  • Understanding the existing IT Landscape (including BAU) and supporting discussions with IT feeding into the business case / architecture needs from Stuart A / Jack C
  • Resource gap between design and define, time required to dig into feature level detailand support shaping before engineering teams allocated.
  • Understanding technologies and BAU landscape would help efficiency.
  • Producing data and process models to convey requirements clearly.
  • Strong understanding of BAU demands and can ensure we have all rounded conversations
  • Strong requirement elicitation and management skills in particular with more data driven requirements and nonfunctional requirements.
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles
  • Good knowledge of data structures, data formats and data governance principles.
  • Awareness of the stages in the data analysis lifecycle
  • Previous experience of Azure DevOps
  • Excellent stakeholder management and identification skills.
