- Manage the endtoend recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

- Implement performance management processes, providing coaching and support to managers and employees.
- Actively Engaging with clients and coordinating with team members.
- Proven experience in HR or people operations roles, preferably in the CPM and FP&A industry.
- Strong HR expertise and proficiency in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic startup environment.
- Working hours: 5 hours per week
- Payment: £15 per hour
