Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented and proactive HR Manager/People Operations specialist to manage the human resources function at Ceiver LLC.

The successful candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.


Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the endtoend recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to support the company's growth and objectives.
• Handle employee relations issues, resolving conflicts and ensuring a positive work environment.
• Administer employee benefits and compensation programs, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies.
• Implement performance management processes, providing coaching and support to managers and employees.
• Actively Engaging with clients and coordinating with team members.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in HR or people operations roles, preferably in the CPM and FP&A industry.
• Strong HR expertise and proficiency in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic startup environment.

Working Hours and Payment:

• Working hours: 5 hours per week
• Payment: £15 per hour

Note:
During the three-month temporary period, the employee is allowed to work in any other company.

The future of the company and the candidate's job will depend on the acquisition of the contract with Vena Solutions , anaplan and the employees performance.
