    Job Description

    As the Head of Delivery based in the UK, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the teams successful deployment and customisation of Phyron's solutions for both existing and new clients. You will lead a team responsible for managing implementation, development, and customizations, ensuring smooth onboarding processes and adherence to SLAs for clients.

    Your responsibilities will include actively engaging with clients technical lead throughout the implementation phase, managing technical conversations, and facilitating the onboarding process. Additionally, you will with the team focus on responding to client technical needs, driving customer growth and efficiency, and providing ongoing technical support and guidance on advanced functionalities.

    This role is not just about strategic oversight; it requires a hands-on approach, with involvement across all aspects of customer solutions. Reporting initially to the CEO, you'll collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams, including Sales, Creative, Customer Success, and Engineering.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Team Coordination & Program Development: Oversee a cross-disciplinary team, fostering seamless collaboration and communication across different departments while establishing and refining processes, workflows, and organizational structures for the Customer Solutions Program, including plans for future team expansion.
    • Product Adoption & Customized Solutions: Collaborate with clients to ensure smooth and successful implementation of our products, facilitating integration and adoption processes while leading the creation of tailored solutions for clients, overseeing design and integration efforts to meet their specific needs effectively.
    • Sales Enablement & Customer Success Strategy: Provide technical expertise and support to the sales team, assisting in responding to Requests for Information (RFIs) and delivering comprehensive product information while developing and implementing strategies to drive long-term client satisfaction and loyalty, focusing on proactive support and continuous improvement.
    • Delivery Team Leadership & Onboarding Strategy Implementation: Lead and manage the delivery team responsible for client onboarding, ensuring a seamless transition from initial launch to support by the CSM team while implementing and refining onboarding strategies collaboratively with your team to enhance client satisfaction and efficiency.
    • Primary Client Contact & Client Education: Act as the primary contact during the onboarding phase, promptly addressing any client queries or concerns with effective solutions while ensuring comprehensive client education on the use and benefits of our services, aiming for full understanding and satisfaction.
    • Post-Onboarding Transition & Continuous Improvement: Work closely with the CSM team to ensure a seamless transition for clients post-onboarding while driving continuous improvement in the onboarding process and overall client experience, identifying and implementing enhancements as needed.

    Your Qualifications

    • Demonstrated hands-on experience in a similar role, ideally within the Automotive, Adtech, or SaaS industries.
    • Comprehensive technical expertise, including proficiency in advertising technology and systems integration.
    • Exceptional communication skills, adept at engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
    • Proven leadership abilities and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
    • Minimum Bachelor degree in computer sciences or relevant field
    • Experience from a SaaS products industry is an advantage
    • Knowledge and firsthand experience within the automotive industry are also advantageous.
