We're looking for a 1 Resident Liaison Co-ordinator's within the Capital Programme delivery team reporting to the Project Manager that is enthusiastic and customer focused.


You will be carrying out visits to our customers in their homes and provides the main face to face point of contact for customer enquiries, specifically those of a more complex nature.

The work can be high-pressured and challenging, but it is also rewarding.


You will need:

Two years' experience in resident liaison roles dealing with refurbishment works in the public or private sector

Experience in liaising with housing management and customer service teams

  • Significant experience in dealing with members of the public in stressful and complex environments
  • An ability to build relationships quickly with internal and external stakeholders and customers.
  • Strong written communication skills and an ability to communicate matters in a structured way
  • A wide range of knowledge of refurbishment processes.
  • Be passionate about delivering the best possible results for your residents.
