Job Title: Site Manager

Location: Head office based in Lisburn (travel across sites to England/NI/ROI)

Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 per annum

This company specialises in high-end luxury projects across various sectors, including residential, hospitality, commercial, and retail. With a strong focus on quality, trust, and integrity, they prioritise building lasting relationships with their clients.

I'm recruiting for a proactive Site Manager who will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of projects, maintaining our high standards, and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with project team members, including contracts manager and quantity surveyor.
• Oversee site operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate site setup and maintain a presentable environment.
• Interpret and coordinate site drawings effectively with subcontractors.
• Maintain up-to-date site documentation and conduct daily briefings with subcontractors.
• Communicate effectively with clients and visitors.
• Demonstrate commercial awareness and a keen eye for quality.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in construction management.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Proficiency in basic IT skills.
• Relevant certifications or qualifications are desirable.
