Brief Overview

Our client, one of UK?s leading high security fencing contractor and supplier, is recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team based in Liverpool.

Package:

Basic Salary £45 £55k
Company Car
Company Laptop / Phone
20 days per annum plus bank holidays, including Christmas closure / shutdown

About the Role:

Directing a multidisciplinary team
Communicating with staff at every level, in a calm, professional way. In line with company policy
Prioritizing and ranking projects reference to the company?s ability and resources available
Overseeing several projects at the same time
Ensuring that each stage of the project happens on time, on budget and to a high standard
Reporting regularly on progress to the client, stakeholders and the managements team
Provide feedback or competitor or other market intelligence
Resolving any issues or delays
Working with the commercial estimating team, ensure a fit for purpose hand over is communicated
Forecasting / predicting revenue for the live projects, for the team you are responsible for
Managing several projects simultaneously with the support of junior project managers
RAMS, project health and safety, toolbox talks and any other site staff welfare matters
Previous experience working on fencing projects/managing fencing contracts
