Fixed term/Secondment Opportunity for 12 months due to improvement in service delivery.

An exciting and innovative opportunities have arisen with Quality Improvement Team within NHS Forth Valley to support and drive forward our work within the Scottish Patient Safety Programmes for acute adult, paediatric and perinatal workstreams.

A key aspect of your role will be engaging with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders including members of the public to support improvement programmes and projects in teams and services across the

Scottish Patient Safety Programmes:

Acute Adult with a focus on Deteriorating Patient Workstream with a focus on Early Warning Score completion and scoping and preparation for possible E-Obs implementation; Paediatric, with a focus on Paediatric Early Warning Score and Perinatal workstream.

This is being offered as a fixed term or secondment opportunity working at band 7, with clinical expertise relevant to the role.

It would be ideally suited to those within the NMAHP family.

These areas of work require passionate and experienced individuals confident to lead and support improvement in a complex system.

We are looking for well-motivated people, educated to degree level or equivalent with healthcare expertise at band 7 relevant to the workstream.

You will need to demonstrate excellent inter-personal and communication skills.
