The Role-Working to the highest level of service for the client
Answering queries
Reporting any defects
Keeping them informed of site activities at the time of the service visit

The Candidate-You must have the relevant qualifications for example: Either C&G Level 2 / NVQ Level 2 or equivalent / technical diploma.
