Broker Manager – Asset FinanceLocation – Northeast or NorthwestBasic Salary - £30/45k dependant on experience, plus commission, company car and excellent benefits.

My client is a well-established lender based in the North of England; they have an opportunity for a Broker Manager to join the Team.

The successful candidate will be ambitious and self-motivated, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs.
The RoleIdentify and prospect for new introducers whilst maintaining an existing panel of introducers. Expected to self-source your own business from introducers within your area.
Field based role involving significant out bound activity.
Generate and manage leads from proposal to pay out.
Suitable CandidatesRecent customer facing Asset Finance experience.
Self-motivated and ambitious.
Sales driven with the ability to plan and manage your own contact strategy and activities.
