We're currently recruiting for an Office / Sales Administrator for a specialist manufacturing company based in Warwick.

With impressive capabilities of low volume prototypes through to production our client is able to offer 3D Printing, Vacuum Forming, InjectionMoulding, and Casting services as well as Metal Fabrication, CNC, and specialist composite manufacturing capabilities to their clients.


They're currently looking to recruit for both an Office and Sales Administrator to join their small, but successful team, on a full-time permanent basis.


The Office / Sales Administrator role:

  • Complete general office duties as required in a small, dynamic open office environment.
  • Customer & supplier database population
  • Update & Management of Project tracking documents
  • Daily project management meetings with colleagues
  • Organisation of logistics for collection and delivery of parcels
  • Address employees queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, IT equipment, and travel arrangements)
  • Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services
  • Plan inhouse or offsite activities, like parties, celebrations and conferences
  • Keep up to date with daily updates of quotes
  • Populate sales quoting document (RMQ)
  • Carry out weekly Folder Meetings with each Project Manager.

The ideal Office / Sales Administrator:

  • Previous experience in an Office / Sales Administrator type role
  • Ability to work and deliver in a fastpaced environment with firm deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people, both orally and written
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong Multitasking skills
  • Selfmotivated and driven with a positive attitude and a desire to selfdevelop
  • Work as a team player with the ability to organise individual workload to maximise your effectiveness
  • Computer literate (Word, Excel and Outlook is essential)
  • Experience working in the manufacturing industry would be ideal but not essential
