I am supporting them with their search for an experienced Pay & Reward Consultant to join them on a 6-month project.

They are embarking on a Workforce Strategy Project with a key focus on their pay and reward offering.


Hours:
Full time - Monday-Friday - (Very flexible on hours)

Location:
Hybrid - You are only required to go into the office 1 day per week. Explore what they can and can't do within civil service roles (in line with the pay remit)
Reviewing current related policies
Review current performance related pay strategies.
If you have worked in the civil service, central government, or energy sector this is highly desirable.
Creative mindset with confidence to propose and execute new ideas.
