About the Role
We have an opportunity for a Patient Access Associate to join our exciting Early Access Program, Patient Access team.
The Patient Access Associate will be responsible for managing, on behalf of pharmaceutical clients, Health Care Professional enquiries to access Investigational Medicines.
You will have the important role of guiding Health Care Professionals step by step to access a program, ensuring all questions are responded to promptly and patient centricity is promoted throughout the process.
You will be a skilled, proactive communicator, with a strong track record of customer facing service and effective time management skills.
If you are someone who wants to be part of our company's vision of bringing life-changing medicines to patients - keep reading for more informationWhat will your job look like?**- Be the Healthcare Professional contact point on all Early Access Programs to help them complete a patient request in an efficient and timely manner
- Support Physicians throughout the request process, ensuring all questions are responded to promptly
- Ensure all ordering physicians and delivery sites are verified Manage situations where customers are distressed in a calm and solution focused manner
- Advise customers on the regulatory landscape in their market, with support from the Patient Access Managers and Bionical regulatory team
- Ensure quality and regulatory requirements are met and ensure all countryspecific requirements are followed
- Deliver against Patient Access specific KPIs
- Promote patient centricity throughout all programs
What will you need to succeed?**- Fluency in Spanish and English
- A skilled and compelling communicator who can motivate, effectively manage customer expectations
- Track record of customer facing service levels
- Effective relationship building
- A problem solver that is also able to anticipate issues and propose solutions
- Effective time management skills and ability to manage competing priorities
